Family Fun Four Wheeling

The San Diego American Red Cross will be holding Wilderness & Remote First Aid classes this month on May 10, 12, 17 & 19, 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. at chapter headquarters located on Calle Fortunada, San Diego. This is a 16 hour class geared for anyone in a delayed help situation, where help is more than 30 minutes away. We have a lot of fun while learning how to prevent, manage and prepare for injuries/problems when help is delayed. I will also be teaching Adult CPR/AED, First Aid and Infant & Child CPR/AED on May 24, 25, 26.
