St. Patrick’s Day run on Pinyon Mountain, difficult rating 3. Large vehicles will not make it through the Jeep Squeeze and there is no by-pass. We will depart the trail head at 9AM. To get to trail head, take Hwy 67 north to Ramona. Take Hwy 78 to Santa Ysabel. Take Hwy 79 north to S2 (San Felipe Rd). Take S2 south to Hwy 78.

As of April 24, Pancake Rock/Carveacre Rd is officially closed due to abuse of the trail. The SDJeepin club is looking into ways to maybe adopt the trail but the likelihood this will happen by May 19 is doubtful.
